Lover is my era, (the one where i became a bonafide swiftie lol) but truly no matter how old we are we’ve all grown up with her music and i think that’s the part that’s gonna feel amazing. I was on Depo for 12 years with no side effects, other than not having my period at all. I switched from Depo to the Mirena IUD about 16 months ago. The IUD insertion was by far the most painful “procedure” I have ever had. I was in stirrups for almost an hour and had THREE different doctors trying to insert it. I have never had a child, so my cervix was being a pain. After 10-12 months on the IUD without noticing anything different, I began having a 2-3 week cycle beginning with INTENSE breast soreness (to the point that it is painful to walk or bend over,) mood swings, and major cramping, followed by irregular brown spotting. I realize these aren’t necessarily side effects of the IUD, but rather just how my cycle is.. I didn’t know bc I started the Depo when I was 14 years old and hadn’t really had many periods yet to get used to. I’m switching back to Depo ASAP 😅 Just wanted to share for anyone who may be considering switching birth controls or going off the Depo.. It is NOT fun.

Thank you for sharing your experience! I can relate to so much of it. I'm 43 and finally getting assessed. I've spend my entire life knowing I was different and having people say "embrace who you are" "love yourself" "let your differences shine" but no one was willing to find out why I was different. Nor did they understand how exhausting and frustrating it is to do daily tasks for me. Countless misdiagnoses never felt right. Depression especially... I just had this conversation with a doctor finally willing to listen. Side note: it still surprises me when my husband says "most people don't think like you, it's something special." I just don't understand another way no matter how hard I try. And also, I snapped a pic of the chair I'm sitting in and my water bottle not knowing I couldn't attach an image to my comment.... same as what's in your video - good taste 🤌

I personally prefer Lidis chocolate Digestives and there big bag of crisps are really good. Not so keen on there own chocolate. Never tried energy drinks and Coke a Cola all the time. The non branded are not bad and I suppose if your on a budget with a family then there ok. I alsolike Branston Beans but would try a cheaper brand if I didn't have a lot of money. You should get the snacks from around the world and try them together Stella
